Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Swastik PG & Hostel, we strive to offer flexible and transparent booking and refund options. Please review our policy below before confirming your stay.
1. Booking Cancellation
- Before Check-in (Advance Booking):
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance amount. - Cancellations within 7 Days of Check-in:
Only 50% of the advance amount will be refunded. The rest covers administrative and reservation costs.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Show:
No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of check-in or in case of no-shows.
2. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g. UPI, bank transfer, card).
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
3. Monthly Rent Refunds
- Monthly rents paid after check-in are non-refundable unless there is a valid emergency with documented proof.
- Security deposits (if applicable) will be refunded upon vacating the room, subject to any deductions for damage or dues
4. Hostel’s Right to Cancel
In rare cases, we may cancel a booking due to maintenance, overbooking, or unforeseen issues. In such cases:
- Guests will receive a 100% refund, or
- We will provide an alternative room or property, if available.

6. Important Notes
- Refunds will not be processed for guests evicted due to rule violations.
