Welcome to Swastik PG & Hostel. By accessing or using our website www.swastikpgkolkata.com and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
Our hostel services are intended for students and working professionals. You must be 18 years or older to stay in our facility or book on behalf of a minor with proper authorization.
2. Booking & Payment
- Booking inquiries made through our website are subject to availability.
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Booking confirmations will be sent via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 11:00 AM
- Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of booking fees.
5. House Rules
All residents are expected to follow the hostel’s internal rules, including but not limited to:
- No smoking or alcohol consumption on premises
- No loud music or disruptive behavior.
- Visitors are not allowed in rooms without prior permission.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Violation of these rules may lead to eviction without refund.
6. Privacy
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide a safe and secure environment, Swastik PG & Hostel is not liable for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Disruptions caused by natural disasters or government actions.
- Service interruptions due to maintenance or emergencies.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India.
